Nutrifree was launched in 2004 as a new standout trademark of Nuova Terra S.r.l. based in Altopascio (Lucca) with over twenty years of experience in nutrition well-being.

Nutrifree is a young, innovative company with a genuine Tuscan imprint and since its inception has brought a wind of change to the gluten-free market by offering a vast range of breads, bakery products, cakes, flours and many other specialties, adding to and improving its range throughout the years, offering more choices to those forced to face celiac disease on a daily basis.

Nutrifree has devised a new concept for gluten-free nutrition: new, delicious products made with tasty and genuine ingredients under every aspect, not only gluten-free. With the intent of offering truly unique and high quality products, the company made a further step forward in 2007: it set up an internal factory to exclusively produce Nutrifree products.

Nutrifree is tied to the traditional Mediterranean diet while pursuing original proposals for its gluten-free products. «Starting from the traditional recipes of good cuisine we have always proposed innovative products aiming to meet the requirements of consumers and to broaden their range of choices.
