Information, permission and consent on protection of privacy in compliance with the duty to inform set forth under art. 13 of the D. Lgs. dated 30 June 2003, no. 196 of Italian Law.

Information on protection of privacy

Users’ personal data shall be treated by Nuova Terra in compliance with privacy protection laws established by Legislative Decree n° 196 of June 30, 2003 and other current laws. This privacy statement relates to personal data sent by users when asking for information or price estimates and to those picked up when users surf our website. Nuova Terra submits the personal data of users to all personal data treatment operations listed under Leg. Decree 196/2003 - that is, the collection, recording, organization, conservation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection and other operations useful to supply the services asked from us mainly through computer. Such data can also be organized in databases or archives. In particular, the scope of personal data treatment is the following: a) to supply information and/or send any communication related to the service; b) provide for any accounting or taxation obligations; c) to trace back to anyone responsible for illegal action only in case of special requests made by the competent authorities. If the user has provided the required permission: d) Nuova Terra pledges not to transfer any data of its own clients to third parties; e) to check the quality of the services offered, even by offering after sales services; f) to send any advertising and information on its own products and initiatives; Clients can access their own data at any given moment and exercise their rights as for art. 7 of Leg. Decree 196/2003. Personal data are subdivided into two categories: compulsory and optional, as outlined in the procedure for information requests. Compulsory data shall be provided and treated strictly for the aforesaid functional purposes to provide the services indicated. If the user shall fail to supply such data or the permission for any treatment this shall automatically mean that user shall not be allowed to use the services offered by Nuova Terra. The other data collected are to aid Nuova Terra to offer and increasingly improve its service. Clients are free to supply them or not. Nuova Terra informs clients that under the terms of art. 7 of Leg. Decree 196/2003, users have the right to: a) learn about their data treatment; b) be informed of the person in charge of treating their data; c) obtain information from the person in charge of data treatment on: confirmation of the existence of their personal data, communication of these and of their origin, the logic behind and purpose of treatment; d) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or block of  data treated in case of violation of any laws; e) the updating, correction and integration of data; f) statement that the operations as for the previous point were brought to the attention of those who were informed of their data treatment and/or circulation; g) object totally or partially to any treatment for legitimate reasons; h) change their agreement, subsequently objecting totally or partially to any treatment for business information purposes or for market research or business communication and similar motives.
