Gluten-free homemade sliced bread



Panfette have been made with flours naturally without gluten and seasoned with extra virgin olive oil. The great flavor of these slices of bread, part of a new recipe, is stored even better in the practical single packages. Place them in the oven for a few minutes and try them sweet with blackberry marmalade or savory with cherry tomatoes and basil.

Ingredients

Cornstarch, water, rice flour, tapioca starch, 4% extra virgin olive oil, brewer's yeast, vegetable fibers, sugar, thickeners: Guar gum, E464; salt, emulsifiers: Mono and diglycerides of fatty acids and E472e; lupin proteins, acidity regulator: sodium diacetate, flavours, yeast extract. Treated with alcohol on the surface.
